Cancellation and refunds

Cancel any time

You can cancel Pro at any time from the subscription management page using the email you subscribed with. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for and you will not be charged again.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you subscribe as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel the contract. Because Pro is digital content and a service you can use straight away, at checkout you ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once access has been given. Even so, if you are not satisfied, email hello@ramsmaker.co.uk within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal date at any time.
