What RAMS Maker is

RAMS Maker is a tool that helps you write risk assessments, method statements, construction phase plans and toolbox talk records. It suggests common hazards and controls as a starting point; it does not assess your site for you. You, as the contractor or employer, remain responsible for making sure each document is suitable and sufficient for the actual work, site and people, for briefing your team and for keeping it up to date. For complex or high-risk work you should get advice from a competent person.

Guidance and accuracy

Guides and suggested actions are general information for Great Britain, checked against official sources on the dates shown. They are not legal advice and may not cover every situation.

RAMS Maker Pro

Pro is a monthly subscription. Prices include VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time; see cancellation and refunds.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the free tools are provided as they are, and our total liability for Pro is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. If you use RAMS Maker as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.

Law

If you are a consumer in the UK, the law of the part of the UK where you live applies and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
